Once you’re booked in, you’ll receive our welcome guide + Notion project dashboard with all the details. We’ll initially connect over a 2-hr brand and business astrology session where we learn how your brand most desires to express, create connection and drive impact.

Next, we’ll meet over 2 consecutive days for the brand accelerator. You’ll receive a full schedule in your welcome kit, but overall the experience is set up like a drop-in coworking session where we can collectively collaborate, ideate and incorporate your feedback.

In our first session, we meet at least a couple of weeks before your schedule intensive days.

We’ll be meeting in a 2-hour session where we walk through the astrology of your brand or business, alongside how to use those insights to reveal opportunities for collaborations, locations, as well as new product offerings.

Once we meet for your 2-day brand accelerator, we’ll need you to keep those days fairly clear of other obligations, as we’ll be meeting a few times throughout the day to work through your branding, design feedback and design deliverables.

As this is an accelerated, intensive experience, we recommend having up to 4 hours free both days. We tend to run this experience like a digital co-working session where you can drop-in as needed, but you are definitely not required to remain on our Zoom call the whole time.


This allows us to receive your design feedback with enough time to incorporate any changes before we complete the brand intensive.
