Preparation
Our favorite method for a ceremonial dose
Boil 1/3 cup of water (or even better your favorite herbal infusion).
Shake the jar before opening
Take 1 tablespoon of Cacao + Blue Lotus and add to a Vitamix or a blender.
Blend for a minute or two
If you like your Cacao a bit creamier, we recommend adding 1 teaspoon of your favorite nut butter to hot water for an instant nut mylk.
Add any spices or honey you like – we love cinnamon, nutmeg and turmeric with a bit of raw local honey.
